| RF Tests of the beta=0.5 five cell TRASCO cavities |

Two complete 5 cell superconducting cavities at beta=0.5 have been fabricated in the TRASCO INFN program. The cavities have been designed to minimize peak electric and magnetic fields, with a goal of 8.5 MV/m of accelerating gradient, at a Q > 5 109. The cavities have been tested in vertical cryostats at TJNAF and Saclay and the results are summarized here. |
